Founder and president of Legendary Construction, Travis O’Connell, has been living and working in the Southern Wisconsin area his whole life. Growing up, his mother was a realtor which put him in close contact with older homes. From there his interest in restoration and construction grew. As a young adult, Travis worked on historic houses in Courthouse Hill in Janesville Wisconsin to help him pay for his education at UW-Madison. After earning a Bachelor’s of Science, he continued to advance his knowledge of construction.

Throughout the nineties, Travis worked for Ellefson Companies as well as doing construction and property management for several homes and apartments. In the late nineties Travis began to purchase and restore rentals in Janesville. Today, Travis lives in Janesville with his wife, Jennifer, raising his five children. Travis and Jennifer continue to reinvest their profits into Janesville and its surrounding communities- cleaning up commercial real-estate and homes in the area.
